CARES is a foster-based organization whose focus is saving death row animals, educating the public on animal care and assisting with low cost sterilization. We are based out of Cedartown, Georgia. We do not have a physical shelter. All our animals are cared for in foster homes.
Our mission is to rescue animals on death row, decrease pet overpopulation by providing low-cost sterilization opportunities and decrease owner surrenders by educating the community.
On this page, you will find links to low-cost spay/neuter opportunities, applications for fostering and adopting, along with stories of happy endings for our former adoptables.
We need YOUR help to save these animals! Foster, adopt or donate to help us rescue the pets in need. We cannot do it without your help.
